The Restoration of this exquisite home, designed in 1936 by Palm Beach architect Maurice Fatio, involved refurbishing its coral keystone façade, intricate exterior and interior millwork, and metal work, as well as antique marble fireplaces.  New windows and merbau wood floors were installed throughout the house, and all kitchen and bathrooms spaces were reconstructed.  

The extensive yard spaces were redesigned to include a coral rock-paved entertaining patio and new swimming pool & Jacuzzi in a grass-paved deck.  Historic interiors were modernized to provide a suitable environment for the Owner’s extensive collection of contemporary art.
