This project features restored Art Deco facades as the pedestal for a new 5-story residential tower along the building’s southern side. Entrance to the residential tower is through the iconic portal of the former Chrysler showroom, which the main facade of the new tower will accentuate. Broad and deep cantilevered balconies provide generaous outdoor spaces from which to contemplate the historic architecture of South Miami Beach.
